His company helps brokers and insurance carriers maximize streams of income by innovating custom discount solutions for large populations.
In this talk, Reid will cover the development of this market and where the unique income opportunities are.

Dean provides an in depth review of stop loss “Contract types”, 12/12, 15/12, 12/15, 15/18, terminal liability and how they work with, not against the employer’s risk tolerance
and financial goals. The self funding of group health plans is certainly not a new concept for larger employer groups.
However, in many instances self funding can be a compromise solution. Subtleties in the coordinated use of contracts can lead to liability issues for not only the employer
but also to the intermediary.

Microsoft and AT&T. He also co-founded LifeStrive in 2003 and Direct Access Lab in 2007.
